HCLTech, which stands for Hindustan Computers Limited, started a great program a few years ago known as TechBee. I am one of the early birds who was in search of a job which would provide me financial independence and I could also pursue my graduation parallelly post my Senior Secondary Results. But for many months this research was just on papers. Suddenly I got contacted by one of the counselors from HCLTech. They made a brief call to me and explained all the processes regarding the TechBee program launched by HCLTech. For a moment I was amazed if this was real…that a huge MNC is providing this great opportunity to students eager to learn and earn in their journey early in life. But after a lot of research, I was sure that this was real and not fake at all. They asked me to register and complete all the formalities for the registration.
Post registration, I took my exam and interview where I successfully completed all the processes required by them. Finally, I got selected for one year of training where I gave my best. Till now, all things had been going very smoothly but suddenly came Covid which ruined all my expectations for getting the job. Things didn’t end there. HCLTech made the training online. The best thing was, that they understood the condition and worked through that. Besides, to accommodate the crisis, they reduced the course fee by 50%, which greatly relieved me.
I was the boy who would ask my parents for money just like everyone else of my age. But after 6 months of training, I got 10k from the company as a part of the internship. I cannot explain my feelings about how happy I was with the first earnings in my life. I handed over my first income to my parents and they were very happy for me. In this Covid, where people were fighting for their careers as a lot of people were losing their jobs, I got my placement at HCLTech which is one of the biggest IT companies in the world. This happiness of getting the first job in a global MNC without graduation was unexplainable. HCLTech not only allows you to kickstart your career but also gives you the facility to study parallelly from the top universities in India like- Amity University, Sastra University and many more.
I was not from a good financial background but now it is changing my life and post completing this program, I can clearly say that it is the best program post Senior Secondary for those who are not financially stable. I am now learning every day and also earning garnering experience from a leading MNC. Now, I am no longer dependent on my parents for money but with time, I have begun to give a decent amount of my earnings to my parents. This was the real change in my life. I would strongly recommend it to my friends so that they can also learn and earn like me. This changed my life, and everyone is having their changes in life from zero to hero. I can now fulfill my dreams by getting all the small things that I dreamt of since childhood. Thanks to HCLTech and thanks to my parents for all this.
