The TechBee program has been designed in such a way that you can join right after Class XII if you fulfill the eligibility criteria. Once the training is done, you join HCLTech for internship and practical experience as the industry needs. After the program is completed successfully, the candidate is automatically offered employment at HCLTech and gets all the benefits that are due to any regular full-time employee.
