What is the edge of TechBee over regular B.Tech?

The most important edge is the time and anxiety. A regular B.Tech student will apply to different colleges and then pursue B.Tech for four years and subsequently hunt for a job with a lot of stress and anxiety and then settle down in life. On the contrary, a TechBee student will jumpstart to the TechBee program immediately after Class XII. Within the one year of training, he/she will learn theoretically and practically through internships where he/she is entitled to a stipend. At the end of the one-year training, the TechBee gets a door opened to appear for a series of interviews for a permanent job at HCLTech. The beauty of the TechBee program is that the students are then given an opportunity to pursue graduation once they are settled in their job at HCLTech. There is neither stress nor anxiety. In a nutshell, after five years, a TechBee has graduate degree and four years of job experience whereas a B.Tech has just started a job after acquiring degree or still looking for a job.
