There is no difference for a boy or a girl for this program just like no other thing in this world today. Equality begins from school upto the fag end of our careers and sometimes even after. This program is like no other in terms of education and career, only difference is that it starts early and catches students young. It has no special advantages and disadvantages as per gender and can be pursued by anybody wanting to build a tech career. It may be equally satisfying for a girl or a boy to be earning early, becoming independent and settling with a job promptly.
