Employees opting for UG or PG will sign a service agreement to work with HCLTech for 2 years post the course completion. Employees will have to sign up for this agreement only once; either post UG or post PG. Before opting for any of the above-mentioned courses, the employee must sign a consent form acknowledging the Service Agreement clause which will be binding post successful course completion.
