Our eligibility criterion strictly allows only Class XII students who apply with maximum one year of delay post their examination. This program has been sculptured to catch you young. At that age, when the entire future in front of you is open and all you know is that you want a tech career. Taking up this program is like covering everything – your personality grooming for a job, your degree after you join HCLTech, your job readiness in exactly a year and an internship in reality. But for those who have already completed MCA, you are already many years senior to the TechBee who just joined. So there maybe a difference in thoughts, a difference in perspective and a difference in acceptance.
