The fun of college life is doubled as you get to enjoy both during your TechBee program and when you actually pursue college after the program. HCLTech believes in helping you Find Your Spark, not just of our young TechBees but also our regular full-time employees who join to Supercharge Progress in their lives. We encourage you to discover your passion and pursue them in order to have a 360-degree overall development. Just to give you an example, we did a survey and sought areas of interests of our TechBees. Then we gathered interested TechBees only from one location to come for an audition. We selected the most formidable from them and created a group who spent over a month’s time to come up with their first song. It was really an achievement. There were mentors, guides…not professional ones but amongst the existing workforce who themselves have an inclination for music. So all of them jammed together and what came out was musical magic. The music video was shared with company leadership and across all social media channels.
