Yes. All opportunities are open for us if we intend to explore. But realistically we have never had TechBees who want to wander away. After kickstarting their tech careers early, that too with a global giant with international projects and worldwide teams, we are yet to come across any student who has expressed an interest to go abroad.
The USP of the TechBee program is that it offers you early independence, financial flexibility, scope for pursuing graduation and a secured job with HCLTech. You are assigned global projects after you are inducted into the system. Then partner universities open their doors for you where you can choose your stream of interest and college of your choice. A degree is a degree irrespective of the time or place or way that you earn it. Graduate degree is exactly the same. Some may opt for graduation right after Class XII and some may go for TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program knowing fully well that they still will complete their graduation but only after completing the program. Subsequently, you are free to go your way and pursue whatever your dream has been.
