We have deliberated and discussed before signing up with our partner universities Higher education with TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program : HCL TechBee Career Program. We ensure that our students donot miss out on any part of the curriculum during graduation. We have shared our TechBee curriculum with our partner universities so that they can gauge the knowledge and information that students are empowered with when they apply for graduation. The student also has undertaken internship which is usually the subsequent step after graduation. So the colleges are also well prepared to expect a certain level of knowledge, expertise and experience. The partner universities are also cognizant of the fact that the students are already working in global project as full time employees of HCLTech. So they are mindful of the situation and consider the limitations of the students as well. So it is a win-win situation for the students to pursue graduation from any one of the partner colleges.
