Yes candidates are free to undertake graduation from any college of choice from our list of partner universities (Higher education with TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program : HCL TechBee Career Program) and then subsequently pursue post graduation from the same or a different college. We have thoughtfully signed up with our partner universities. We ensure that our students donot miss out on any part of regular graduation. We have shared our TechBee curriculum with our partner universities so that they can gauge the knowledge and information that students are empowered with when they apply for graduation. The student also has undertaken internship which is usually the subsequent step after graduation. So the colleges are also well prepared to expect a certain level of knowledge and starting experience. The partner universities are also cognizant of the fact that the students are already working in global projects as full-time employees of HCLTech. So they are mindful of the situation and limitations of the students as well. So it is always better to pursue graduation from these partner universities.
