Venturing into the tech domain fresh out of high school is no small feat. My journey commenced with TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program, a distinctive initiative that propels individuals into the realm of technology from day one.
TechBee: A Pathway to Career Advancement:
Stepping into HCLTech immediately after completing my Class XII was a pivotal moment. The extensive Classroom Training (CRT) served as a springboard for acquiring the skills essential in the dynamic landscape of software engineering. This structured program not only sharpened my technical prowess but also fostered a problem-solving mindset crucial for the future.
TechBee experience transcended mere technical knowledge acquisition; it embraced a holistic approach to professional growth. Our mentors underscored the significance of soft skills, teamwork, and adaptability, nurturing a well-rounded foundation to confront forthcoming challenges.
From Intern (E1) to Technical Lead (E2): A Consistent Climb:
After the initial six months of Classroom Training (CRT), transitioning into an internship provided me with a hands-on experience that bridged the gap between theory and real-world application. Engaging in practical projects enabled me to grasp the intricacies of software development, deepening my comprehension of the industry’s dynamics.
Following a year of devoted efforts, I reached a significant milestone – attaining the title of Technical Lead (E2) from and intern (E1). While this marks my initiation as a full-time professional in the workplace, it signifies the commencement of my ambitious journey towards reaching the pinnacle of success.
Responsibilities: Work and Education at SASTRA:
The journey didn’t conclude there. HCLTech’s dedication to employee advancement presented me with a unique chance – the opportunity to pursue a bachelor’s degree at SASTRA. Balancing work commitments with academic endeavors at one of India’s esteemed institutions became a delicate equilibrium, enhancing my learning journey.
The academic ambiance at SASTRA complemented my professional evolution. Engaging with varied perspectives, collaborating on research endeavors, and immersing myself in a vibrant campus community added dimensions to my skill set beyond the technical domain.
